This includes the driver's details and the specific meeting point instructions. If you want to receive them by email too, please share your email address with us.
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum size of 158cm. Please note that additional charges may apply for each additional item.
If the drop-off address you indicated falls outside of the zone we cover in Dubai, you might be required to pay a supplement, which will depend on the address.
The duration of transfers can vary depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions.
If your driver is late, we kindly ask you to wait for 15 minutes before leaving.
